Sales & Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at 

Most items purchased from are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable as per the products policy. The return is processed only if:

it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

- the product is not different from what was shipped to you. The product must be returned in it's original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and accessories). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

- For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
